Are men violent by nature? Why do they enjoy hard rock music, wrestling, contact sports, demolition derbys, monster cars, car racing, war games, competative olympics, video violence, war movies, porno, hunting animals etc. While we may not want our sons sitting at home making cream puffs why do they like to fight with each other so much?

these men you speak of are pure Neanderthals. Primitive dogs, not people.
Religious men who pray and fear God and obey God and His laws and believe in the Lord do not act this way. You won't see this in guys with ethics, morals, who study Bible and pray daily and really WORSHIP GOD. You see it only in lowlife dregs who don't love God.
All those activities you speak of are not inherent in male biology, from hormones or any physicality, but are culturally instilled behaviors. they stem from pride, arrogance, hatred, destructive intentions, and pure EVIL in these mens' minds.
Mostly - men act this way cause they feel women want this kind of man to be their ideal mates.
I NEVER in my life enjoyed any of these activities & behaviors you describe. But I always noticed a strong connection between guys who drink, smoke, worship sports, chase women, and like to brawl with violence .

It's all about competition, my dear young lady. Guys are naturally competitive, and that's not something that should be criticized or taught as "wrong." For years, women said what they really wanted were guys who were sensitive and accommodating because they were tired of your typical "neanderthal" males. The problem is when a woman actually finds a guy who is sensitive, accommodating, and is NOT a chest-thumper, she has no respect for him because he's a total wimp in her mind. So the "gurly-men" get used and abused and invariably end up hearing the old, tired line: "Let's just be friends." The truth is it's all those things that women like to complain about the most -- our competitive nature, our territorialist attitudes, our so-called "insensitivity" and our c0ckiness -- are the things that make us more attractive to the female of the species.

"are we emotional by nature,
Wh is every girl obsessed with hair and make-up, fashion, weight loss, shopping, ect....
It's a generalization.

You do know where that saying came from.
The Roman Gods, Venus was the Goddess of love ( womens emotions)

That was a sexist question from the get-go...
And I'll have you know that there are quite a few women who like porn, violent movies, video games, etc, etc...
But to answer your question, I think there is a genetic tendency for men to be more aggressive. It has a lot to do, I think, with the fact that naturally, they are more equipped to handle opposition. They were the hunters for food, the protectors of the clan, the fighters in history that protected or concquered as a tool of preservation for the people they represented....

Violence can be creative. We have to chop down trees to build a house. We have to kill animals to get protein to sustain our bodies. Aggressive competition is what drives evolution right accross the entire animal and even plant worlds. Men like a challenge they can put their body and mind to. Without violence there can be no life because ALL life is a struggle against the odds. Your feminist fairyland would not be tough enough to last very long.

cause they like to be manly. it's natural. if my husband was sitting around all day making pie and singing songs i would worry that he was gay.
