I love riding my motorcycle with my wife on back. I am slim build but the wife is heavy. She exceeds the weight limit alone. Should I get a bigger motorcycle I don't need or a skinnier wife?

You already know the answer. If you like riding your motorbike with your wife oh so much, get a bigger one! You can't say you don't need, because you do need one. A [new] skinnier wife is not even an option. Maybe you can help yours to lose weight? Good luck!

for shame - you love your motorcycle more than you love your wife.
If you love riding so much with your wife you either - A: Get a bigger bike or B: Help your wife to lose weight or C: Accept your wife for who she is and give up riding altogether.

She needs to lose weight. If you're not happy with her the way she is, why don't you leave?
