I'm always seeing people on the news driving into buildings and houses, or running people over, thinking they were signposts. I saw an old woman last week, back into a metal railing in front of the supermarket. Why don't they force these kind of people to take public transportation?

The N word today is now popular as just a "name" you call someone, not a racial slur used by both blacks and whites. Some people believe that it should be stopped cause no matter how you use the word, its still offensive. Others think that it now has a "new meaning" and is not meant to be offensive. What do you think?

Can you take classes for it in college or do you need to be certified with a seperate program? Also, I live in po-dunk town Florida. I can move around in the state, but I cant leave the state due to family reasons. Does anybody know anything that will help me?
