you know i decided that age is just a number..you are only as old as you feel.. I work harder than anyone else for my age..the ladies i work with are around my age or a little older,,,but lookin at us..you would not believe my age.. and they cannot work as hard as i do as many hours as i put in..But i like my job and workin hard keeps you young..maybe..i think.. But i don't stress about it..Life is too short to worry about something that you cannot stop..so enjoy life to the fullest...

For me it was a big deal. At 29 I looked at my life in terms of what I had... Wonderful Family, Nice Car, Big House w/ City View, President of my own company, etc. The day I turned 30 I suddenly realized what I didn't have..... Adequate Savings, Investments, College Funds, etc.
I remember when I was in my early 20's an older man that I knew told me this. If you are not enjoying your self in your twenties you are a boob and you will regret it but if you don't quit in your 30's and get your sh*t together then you're still a boob and you will regret it.
Never really knew what he meant until I turned 30.

When I turned 30 its wasn't really any biggy. I thought its just an age. Then when I turned 40, that was hard. I started to tell people that I am pushing 50. I am now 46 and hopefully by telling people I am pushing 50, turning 50 won't be that bad. So now when I do turn 50, gonna tell people I am pushing 60. :)

I just turned 30 last year. It was not a big deal. Think of it this way, I am gald that I got to turn 30 than not having a chance to turn 30 at all.

I invited everyone over to my house the day before I turned 30 to celebrate the last day I was going to be 29. I am 35 now and still get carded for alcohol so I guess it doesnt really matter how old you are.Be glad you are here, many die before reaching 30 Thank God for your age and life.

I'm 51; I can remember that far back. Ha. It was no biggy, really, just consider the alternative. I did have to try harder to not gain weight after 30, though. Uh, happy soon birthday???

My 30th birthday was horrible fo rme. I had been dreading ot forever. I had a doctor's appointment that day, and I remember sitting in the room waiting for the doctor to come in and crying my eyes out. When she walked in, she asked what was wrong and I said "Today's my birthday" and she said "Well then, happy birthday, what are you crying for?" and I sadi "Because I'm THIRTY!!!" and she laughed at me and told me how young I was and not to worry. It didn't help. I HATE being over 30. Two years later and I still can't get over it. LOL 40's going to be even worse.

I'll tell ya next year, when the big 3-0 hits. The funny thing is that the older I get the more comfortable I am with my self.I've always had an 'older' mentality, and it just seems like people listen to me more now than they did when I was in my early 20's.

30 was very difficult for me. I think it was because I was going through so much physically. However, I CAN'T WANT TO TURN 40! Next year's b-day. Bring it on life!

for awhile i felt like s**t because i felt like i was going down hill, i cried all day but then later i just figured that age is just a number and your only as old as you feel even though i'm really not looking forward to turning 31 but oh well its gonna happen one day and there's nothing we can do about it except to take care of our bodies so that we can still pass for 25.
