Every day should be a wonderful day to be alive. That is especially true when you are feeling good and have good health. Just take a look everywhere around you and be thankful for the beauty there. And when you fully realize how lucky you are to be alive, look for someone who might be down and help them up.

18months ago I was gravely ill and not expected to survive..I almost died a few times..but here I am today...After all of that everyday is a gift. Yes, it was a wonderful day,today,to be alive.
