I think that most people have the capacity in them to be both good and bad. I think that it is human nature to be bad. During childhood we learn about consequences and sometimes that is enough to keep our urge for bad in check. Some people dont. I also think that good is subjective. I think that all people want to be good, sometimes in a dysfunctional way.

Most people would say and think they are, but no most people wouldn't be. When they have bad days they do not realise how much they effect the people around them. Although most people might say they are good or try to act good, truth is at the end of the day people only care about themselves and the things they do benefit themselves more than anyone else.

Absolutely. Sadly, our newspapers and TV news are filled with negativity, because that's what sells, but yes, most people are quiet, go about their day to day business, and have hearts of gold. Just check out the nation-wide out-pouring of help after Katrina. Or any natural disaster. Every been in the middle of something like that, and seen how people help each other out and pull together? We notice bad examples more than the good ones, but that's because we're basically good, and expect other people to be, too.

No, I think most people are complete idiots. How else do you explain the popularity of soccer, the Spice Girls, American Idol, war, Adam Sandler and hot pockets (sorry, but that is not food).

I believe that most people are still good and that at one time all people were good but went bad when they encountered evangelical ministers and were corrupted.

If things will be good for them they will be good for that. Period. Kind if they think good will benefit them (heaven possibly). Good if they think their boss will like it. Good if good things will come home to MAMA - or no fairly few people just want to best for everyone even if it doesn't include them.

I believe so, I just think that we do "bad" things or make "bad" decisions sometimes.
