Hey, that is very nice. How about going a bit deeper though. This one can be used to break the ice. A better poem that is thought provoking could let your friend know that they were missed, cherished, and/or thought of. You could expand on why you were withdrawn. Add a bit of how you came to be withdrawn and what you did on your path to the now.

It is not the best kind of without depth. Weak to say the least. Work on your flow a bit more too. But a good start overall
