It is on the label of an Italian decorative item so I think it has to do at least partially with where it was made, there are 2 phrases: Here they are: "L'isola, Venezia, Laboratorio Artigianale" and "L'isola Di Strappazzon Sandra Cannareggio 5045/F, Prodotto artiqianale Lavorato a mano"

Thanks for help!

"Je trouve qu'il y a quelque chose de bizarre ..."

In this phrase, I don't get why there is "de" in front of "bizarre". And, is it still grammatically correct if I were to remove "de" from the phrase?

Hi, I'm a composer working on a piece entitled "Gate of Light"; I want the title to be in Latin because the piece is based to some extent on Gregorian Chant... can anyone tell me how to write "Gate of Light" in Latin? I know that gate is "porta" and light is "lux" or "lumen", I'm just not sure of which endings to use. Much appreciation for your help, and if anyone's interested, I'll send you a copy of the score/recording! Thanks!

I vote German, definitely. And French, French has these AWFUL things called 'Nasalized vowels" in almost every word and French makes you sound like you have a serious nose disease. German makes you sound... evil, or like you're speaking the language of Mordor, which Gandalf refused to utter here...
