It is on the label of an Italian decorative item so I think it has to do at least partially with where it was made, there are 2 phrases: Here they are: "L'isola, Venezia, Laboratorio Artigianale" and "L'isola Di Strappazzon Sandra Cannareggio 5045/F, Prodotto artiqianale Lavorato a mano"

1.- "The island, Venice, craftmade articles' workshop".
2.- "The island -(owned) by Strapazzon Sandra - Cannareggio 5045/F, craftmade - handmade product."

On line translators (as here above and below) can't fix the typos....!!
