We have had a couple of Polish people start at my work and I would like to try to speak a little of their language. Just a basic 'Hello, how are you?' or similar with easy pronunciation sound would be so great!

I've read through posts on Yahoo! Answers and several people suggest to learn Spanish. But I am not really interested in the language at all. I don't know why but I kind of like German for some reason. I have more of an interest in German than Spanish.

I don't know if it matters either way. I know that many Universities require a foreign language class but do they care what language class in particular you've taken? Also if I take German instead of Spanish will I be missing out on anything that could help me later on in life?

The quote is this: "Remember tonight, for it is the beginning
of always."

I have a pretty good understanding of spanish but I want to make sure that I am translating the idea, not just the words. Here is what I've got:

"Recuerdate de esta noche como el empezar de todo."

I'm not sure if 'todo' (everything) is correct or if 'siempre' would be....Please help!!! Gracias!

Hi. I need this to be translated into spanish. (I want to send my friend a message - but in spanish).
Anyway, if anyone can translate this for me - i'd appreciate it. I want it to sound how someone who speaks fluent spanish would make it sound, so if it's a little bit changed - that's okay as long as it means the same thing.
Oh, and let me know if you're a native spanish speaker (cause last time i posted something for translation I got people who used a website or something...)

So here it is - THANKS again:

"Hey pretty lady!!!

How are you? Did you have fun with us last weekend?? I was surprised you made it down! I haven't seen you in so long! Last time I was up there you were in San Diego, I think. I'm so happy for you and my brother - at least someone thinks he's funny! I was laughing when you said, "Hey alex, want to race to the car?" and he took off running and you were just standing there. hahaha.

How was the drive back? I will be going up there to visit in two weeks - so you better be around! No excuses! haha. You should go with Alex to Vegas next month since it's mostly couples going anyway. (We can always ditch the boys and do our own thing though!)

This message is long, but before I go, are you going to Mexico this summer? I'll be there end of July to the middle of August. Tell your dad you want to go!

Bye girlie!"
