You don't. You would respond with jejeje which is equivalent to lol in Spanish. Lol is an English slang term therefore it does not exist.

If you are refering to a Pick-Up Truck it is Troca
If you mean picking up something it is Recoger or Levantar

If you are referring to "pick up something" then it's recojer.

pick-up = camioneta (Latin America)
furgoneta (Spain)

but also:
coger (con los dedos, con aguja de hacer media, etc.);
