An "STD" maybe or "sexual dysfunction" or "sibling rivalry" or "strong armpit odor" or maybe "strange choice of friends" to name a few.

If you need an answer you need to add detail with that word or some synonym to give answerers a clue.

Now that you clarified it as SEX you should realize that if you can't even say it you don't need info on how to have it. I think when you get older, or take a sex ed course in school, it will be obvious.
