Hi, I´m from Mexico and I ´ve been looking for this word so many time but nobody knows what it means, can you tell me what is "britches"

pants, used in south, especially texas, it's colloquial, if you want to sound like a hick use britches or just use jeans or pants

Many correct answers, "britches" = pants.

A cultural note--at least for me, this is a word of my grandparents´ generation, like "icebox" and "eyeglasses." Not too commonly used nowadays.

Breeches are trousers extending to the knee. The word comes from the same Latin word as "bragas" in Spanish.
