i used to live in Amsterdam, Holland but i was very young and i forgot most of the language..Does anybody know how to speak it? if yes could you please write some basic words and their translations ..I remember that the words are pronounced exactly the way they are written..or maybe that was just me?

hi do you think that at 49 and not much spare time that i am to hold to learn welsh.i am ashamed to say i cant though i am welsh.born in builth wells powys,but went to surrey from age 5 to 13 so missed out i think.what do you think.i have heard its a stiff task?

I need to translate something about my childhood to spanish. I need help from native spanish speakers and not the online translators. Here is what i need to translate:

I had an eventful childhood growing up. My parents divorced when i was five. My mother raised me while holding two jobs. My father was a good man but didnt come around much. I attended school in Pinole until graduating. During this time I was always involved in sports.
I started swimming when i was six years old. That same year i won the county championship. I later went on to swim for a United States team where the competition was much harder. I also played soccer, baseball, waterpolo, wrestling, and ran races. Im not in the shape i was back then anymore.
My brother Tony had a much harder time then me. Growing up he was not the most behaved child. He picked on me so much i hated him. He moved into my fathers place when he was in junior high and we have never lived together since.

I've been studying Japanese for about a year now and am nowhere near fluent and will continue, but I've taken an interest in Mandarin and am wondering if it would be smart to start learning that now or wait until I'm finished learning Japanese (I'd say, at least another year and a half until then)?

i'm curious about some words i was going to use in a foriegn language class for Mandarin Chinese.
the first one is "tazuoqiche", i think it has something to do with traveling by bus, but i'm stupid and can't remember what it means and it's not in my dictionary.

The other question i had was with taking a wrong turn.

Does anybody know the Mandarin Chinese phrase for "taking a wrong turn at Hei Fei", or something to that effect?

i would greatly appreciat the help and will be sure to give a best answere to the person who can help me out :)
