Try: I am a bit of goofball. I don't know anything about Chinese culture so I am going to try to pick you up as if you were a drunk ugly girl at a bar. It will be as effective as what you propose.

Chinese is very hard to pronounce. Even if someone spells out the pinyin for you, I would suggest finding some-one who can actually say it.

For easy speaking purposes you can just say:

ni hao - how are u
ni shi feichang piao liang - (nee shir feytchang pee-ow lee-ang) u are very pretty.
xue wo hanyu (shuyeh whoah han yu-uh) - teach me chinese!

go to this website for prononciation:

ni xia gong hou, ke bu ke yi yi qi mai xie yin liao?

for sentence 2, you could say: " after work, let's go out, ok?"
等你下工後,我們去[][], 好[]?
deng ni xia gong hou, wo men qu zou zou, hao ma?

sorry, I don't have the software to type in Chinese, so I copy-paste instead, can't find the other words.
