i'm curious about some words i was going to use in a foriegn language class for Mandarin Chinese.
the first one is "tazuoqiche", i think it has something to do with traveling by bus, but i'm stupid and can't remember what it means and it's not in my dictionary.

The other question i had was with taking a wrong turn.

Does anybody know the Mandarin Chinese phrase for "taking a wrong turn at Hei Fei", or something to that effect?

i would greatly appreciat the help and will be sure to give a best answere to the person who can help me out :)

Thanx

ta zuo qiche is he's travelling by car. taxi would be gongche (public car) or bus (ba-she)

ta zai hei-fei zwan chwo wan (he made a wrong turn at he-fei)

and excuse my stupid romanization - i speak chinese fluently from characters and not english romanization, so i have never learned it.

I'm now not a local speaker, however I'll reply the query besides. I'm conversant in the vocabulary. By the way in which, it is well that you do not believe Google Translate. From revel in, its Chinese translator is most commonly very misguided for some thing bigger than a unmarried phrase. a million) hen = ? (j?) two) chick (little one chook/hen) = ?? The first problem - (ta1 zuo4 qi4 che1) means - he got a taxi or he's in a taxi (ta - he, zuo - sit, qiche - taxi).

The second problem is a bit difficult without any pinyin or Chinese but I'll give it a go anyway:

(ta1-she/he zhuan3- turned cuo4-wrong) - I know it translates strange but it means they took the wrong turn.
