I want to get a tattoo in latin for my girlfriend and am looking for a translation for "Beautiful Tiger (or Tigress if there's a difference in Latin between Tiger & Tigress), My only Love Always"

I'm not even going to comment on those who don't understand the beauty of being inked for the one you love.
Playing a litttle loose with your wording, it could be translated as:
Tigra Pulchra, Enamorata Sola Aeternaque Mea
Beautiful Tigress, My Only & Eternal Beloved

Tigris pulchra mea, amor solum meum semper.
Unfortunately love is a masculine word in Latin, so perhaps "Tigris pulchra mea, venus sola mea semper" would be better, venus being an object of love and beauty.
But I agree with the others: don't do it. You could change your mind later and it would be a source of reproach for the rest of your life! Couldn't you go for something neutral, like "amor vincit omnia" -- "love conquers all things"?

how about just get like a bangle tiger tat of rnow and then in a year if you are still with the lovely lady then get the message added :)

Gigi's version isn't Latin; it's Spanish. This is rather long but might do: "Te pulcherrimam tigrim solum semper amabo" - "You, most beautiful tiger, alone I shall always love".
