I know that lernu.net has a decent one online. There also appears to be a good angla->esperanto vortaro by Peter Benson (only in one direction and not the direction I'd prefer, alas). ELNA carries a number of pocket dictionaries/phrasebooks but they all have a limited number of definitions. Are there any better vortaroj out there that I'm missing?

What does "la pierna" mean in Spanish or Mexican? Lewd or romantic? Or just a random phrase? It was in a song, and someone sang those words to me....

OK I knew that there are some limitations in Japanese; e.g., touyou kanji, the general limitation of kanji used in newspapers and magazines... and kyouiku kanji the ones prescribed in education... what numbers are these? And, I have no idea of any limitations in Chinese and I believe that Koreans also use the ideographs?
