equatorial guinea (guinea ecuatorial in spanish), which was a former spanish colony, just as western sahara. anyways, equatorial guinea has entered the francophonie in order to better integrate its economy with neighbouring french speaking countries.
western sahara, though, has been annexed by morocco and so it does not have a fully recognized "country" status. when it will reach it, it will probably adopt arabic as official language.
ceuta and melilla are two small towns on the moroccan coast which are part of spain, so their official language is spanish of course.

Equatorial Guinea. It was formerly a Spanish colony. It is the smallest Spanish-speaking country in the world. It is the only country in Africa where Spanish is an official language.
