It's very common to hear those things in Latin American songs, but it is vulgar.

It means "Don't resist me and give me your little thing (you know what that means), come now, sexy mamma, because we're going to dance."

"Mami" (also means "Mom") in this context is kind of vulgar. You will hear it in many songs. "Rica" means good, delicious or (in this context) sexy.

I can't tell you exactly because my Spanish is a little rusty, but what I can understand is it says something about "don't resist me, come here and give me [something]. come here now and we will dance."
