. . . should I leave my lights on (as I usually do when no one is home) or leave them off so they won't come to the door and find no one home? I live in a decent neighborhood and I really don't expect "trouble", but would rather not come home to a house covered in eggs or TP. Lol!

Hi. I'm a guy that wants to dress as a sultry or slutty girl for halloween. I've recently bought a short leather mini skirt, some 4 inch knee high boots, a bra, and a wig. I'm just deciding whether to wear a pair of funky tights or wear a garter belt under the skirt? What top should I wear with the mini skirt and boots? How can I accessorize this outfit?
