Hi. I'm a guy that wants to dress as a sultry or slutty girl for halloween. I've recently bought a short leather mini skirt, some 4 inch knee high boots, a bra, and a wig. I'm just deciding whether to wear a pair of funky tights or wear a garter belt under the skirt? What top should I wear with the mini skirt and boots? How can I accessorize this outfit? I'm willing to shave my legs at least for the day.

Even though Halloween has past, you can still dress-up as a girl & start working on your outfit for next year.
You should wear a leopard print top, don't wear tight, shave your legs & wear either sheer black pantyhose or black fishnet stockings & garter belt. And to accessorize your outfit, a wide black leather belt, silver hoop earrings, necklace & plenty of silver bangle bracelets.

Are you a cross-dresser already? If not, I wouldn't recommend doing it on halloween either. Guess I'm too late answering anyway. :) How'd it go?
