pleather pants(really tight)
old kinda dress shoes from like the 70's.
a leather(shiny black) jacket with a white shirt underneath.
Black eyeliner, and moose your hair alot. not straight though, make it crinkled kinda

I saw a really funny MJ costume last year...it was really creative...This guy had a top hat, one white glove,....He was wearing a something from one of his videos....I cant remember i wanna say he had shiny shoes and then he got little cut outs of little boys safety pined to him......
Don't get me wrong I love MJ but it was really funny

put a lot of make up on your face so that it looks like you are covering some skin... then wear a black jacket and a black trouser and some glove .and ofcourse the hair and the black hat he has.
for the act just put your hand on one of your trouser pockets and dance.........lol
