how long do you have off at christmas, do you agree with me that shops are greedy to gain every extra penny they can instead of letting hard working citizens spend precious time with their families?

For the 12 days of Christmas I have been getting presents every night. On the 14th The card said "On the first say of xmas my true love gave to me" and so on. It is so sweet coming home to a gift every night! On the first night I got a book, second night 2 spatulas, third night-3 pairs of socks, fourth night- 4 shirts, fifth night- 5 tea towels. I dont even know who it is! Its cute, and I think it's my mom.

Does he wrap the gifts he brings or leave them unwrapped? This is the first year Santa has came to our house, so I need ideas. I know I will leave milk and cookies, my child is so excited.

I have been dating this guy for not very long. The subject came up about holiday gifts. I have a couple of little things for him, no big deal. He wants to know what I want, and I have no idea what to tell him. I don't want him to go out of his way or spend too much money. And the truth is, we don't know each other extremely well. But he keeps asking and I can't think of anything. I'm about 2 seconds away from declaring no gifts. Does anybody have a suggestion?

I try to do this every year. Sometimes it's pleasant, and sometimes it can be an ordeal, but I feel better for doing it. It's incredible how many lonely people there are out there.

1. Have you ever had a birthday party on your birthday?
I've had exactly one b-day party. It was in October, so it didn't feel right. That was it. For my 21st, I had to go to a casino; only place open. They kicked us out after a few drinks.

After all the years of sitting, watching our traditions get slowly taken and christianized, we've been given credit!....well im happy as a clam...:)
(Im not trying to upset you christians, but you dont know how much it hurts us to see all our traditions and culture slowly get taken away and changed and get no credit for anything)

okay, every year i get one gift and it is usually really big and cool and so on. This however my parents are going to get since it is sold out. My boyfriend and I have been dating for nearly 2 years. I have a feeling that he's purchasing something very sentimental for me for Christmas, and I would like to do the same.

Being a college student, I have limited funds
And he... being a musician, is quite hard to shop for.

At one point I had ordered a sterling silver guitar pick that was to be engraved (which was a fantastic idea.) Unfortunately I was just informed that it is out of stock and won't be shipped until mid-January.

So now I am dead out of ideas
