If it's pronounced Sowen then oughtn't it be spelled sowen, not sam-hain? If it's written in a non-English lettering where letters are pronounced differently then oughtn't it have some little signs or symbols on those letters like they do for Vietnamese language? Can someone clear up this confusion? I'll die saying it Sam-hain.

I just want an opinion... since im somewhat indecisive.

I have two things in mind for my halloween costume:

1. Be a skanky french mime, which means a fitted black striped shirt that possibly shows some midriff, a black skirt, red suspenders, black striped tigh-high stockings, a black beret and heels. I would have to buy all of these minus the skirt, probably at a thrift store.

2. Be an "unfinished" mummy, which basically means id put on a short white skirt, a tube top, get some gauze to wrap around my skirt and tube top, and then also wrap some around my shoulder, hands/wrist, and part of 1 leg. This would require me to get a white tube top and gauze.

Which idea do you like best?

My friend is having a halloween party in a few weeks and we wanna watch a couple really good movies. We want scary, suspenseful but not JUST gory. Nothing like Saw or Hostile. Something scary but has depth to it, not one of those movies thats bloody just for the sake of being bloody ya know?

Last year my family and my wife's family had Thanksgiving at almost the exact same time. She decided she didn't want to go to her family's gathering because she doesn't like to be hurried and stressed out by trying to get to both.
