For the same reason guys like to dress-up as girls & wear something slutty, it's Halloween.

maybe its their own way of expressing how they want to be in real life lol just kidding, its the only time of year they could do it and actually get away with it of course without people judging as in "oooh look at her looking all slutty" well who would say that about someone in halloween

Personally I'm against it (and a bit nauseated)...Halloween is not about slutty.. And getting tired of this apparent trend in women's costumes available mostly being trashy. I want a real costume...not a cheap porn film outfit.
Edit... the word "slutty" is not repressive, trash is trash.

Because our society is becoming sex obsessed and no holiday is safe anymore.
What used to be a holiday to dress up for fun and get candy has become the triple X adult party of the year.

Because any time you have a repressive society, any chance to act out is taken. An example of repressive is usng the word "slutty".

not ALL girls. It's just the girly thing to do. Once your a teen, they think playboy is hot, same with the boys, that's how the girls get attention!!!!!!!!!
