Can you edit to add what you want to go as, or a general idea? I would suggest Torrid because their sizes are actually the size they SAY they are. A lot of the ones that claim to be size 3x or 4x are actually only 12-18s, so it makes a big difference. Plus it's getting close to Halloween sooooo you won't have a lot of time to send it back if it doesn't fit. But yeah, edit your Q and I will hook you up with some sites!! Otherwise search for plus size costume lingerie because a lot of sites that sell plus costumes happen to be lingerie for plus girls!

How about the girl from "Hairspray?" She is a sassy, plus-sized girl who loves to sing and dance, and the re-make of the movie just came out this year, so it's a timely costume.
Other ideas:
Ursula the Sea Witch (The Little Mermaid)
A 1920's flapper
A Geisha woman from Japan (kimono, white face paint, etc.)

How about the wench/saloon/barmaid type costumes, I think those would look good on a plus sized woman.

What do you like as far as characters in movies? Did you want to have a costume that is scary or practical? Witches are pretty easy to pull off, just wear allot of black. Grab a broom, I am sure you can find a hat at, any store to go with your outfit.

I always say if you can't find a costume where you don't liek the dress it comes with, etc - you wear your own dress or outfit that you really like and you doll it up with accessories and you could be anything!

First thing that came to mind is a bar wench. You can wear a corset and show off your curves, and wear a white ruffled shirt under and a long skirt and boots.
