RAMADAN will be over on october 13th. during ramadan Muslims fast (meaning, they dont eat while the sun is up). They do this to control their sins and to purify their souls.
When Ramadan is over, Muslims celebrate "Eid al-fitr" (also known as Eid.) This is a day when people wear new clothes, eat good food, do a special prayer in the mroning, and spend time with loved ones. It's also a type of Christmas in the sence that the kids get preasants.
I know this, because I am Muslim.

No. Ramadan ends October 12th 2007. Eid is October 13th 2007. I have a calender in my apartment that has the entire month of Ramadan dates on it. On Eid Muslims can resume eating, drinking, and having sexual relations with your married spouse during the daytime and they usually make a big feast and invite family and friends over to their house to celebrate Eid Al Fitr which is breaking of the month long fast. The children sometimes get candy and gifts from the adults.

No Ramadan is not over yet. it will end on october 13 2007. or it could be ocober 14 cuz on october 13 or 14 we celebrate EID so we celebrate Eid when the moon comes out at nigh. it will come on 13 or 14. so thats the last day of ramadan. so Eid depends on the moon.
