Back in the days of the Roman Empire, a small donkey is born with VERY long ears, that keep getting him into trouble. When his owner throws him out of the stable in disgust, his mother sacrifices her life to save him from a blizzard. And, guided only by his guardian cherub (Tilly), he has to find his rightful place and destiny, somewhere on the road to Bethlehem.

I have made a fansite if you want to send in pictures, artwork, storys you've written, ect. I'll even accept flash animations and remixes for Rankin/Bass and Disney! The website is www.freewebs.com/littlenestor/
I'm still working on it though. Please contribute if you can.

I particular have. in actuality, our youngest son performed that area in a Christmas play in college years in the past. They even made the very long ears for him to placed on for his dress. And believe me --they drug on the floor. It replaced into so lovable. wish i might have saved the ears.

No, never heard of him.

I sort of like the original Nativity story that's found in the Bible myself. In all of the holiday noise and din, that one has been somewhat forgotten..........
