Why do Mummy & Daddy buy presents from the nearby shops, then post them all the way to the North Pole only for an elderly & (lets face it) morbidly obese gentleman to bring them back to me on 25th December? ....along with every other sods presents too, i might add.

I say lets relieve him off his impossible duty & get him out of the North Pole & into a warmer climate & cut our parents postage costs by a massive %.

All the historical evidence points to the birth of christ as being in or around march (after you translate the hebrew dates into the christian dating system of Before Christ and Anno Dominus). Is this just another ritual made up by all the human beings who ruin religions?

I have never like these types of jokes and do not find them ammusing. I know of someone who makes jokes like this a lot and I'm not even Jewish, but feel there shouldn't be in stereotyped jokes for ANYONE. Why did these jokes come about in the 1st place? It's ridiculous.

I've already told Santaclaus what I want for X-mas: a good, lovable, true friend. So if a big fat man comes and tries to wrap you up, please co-operate. Merry, Merry Christmas!

I'm 34 weeks pregnant, and by the time new years rolls around I will be working on my 36th week.

What's something fun or romantic my fiance and I can do to have fun on new years eve, instead of sitting in the house on the computer or watching tv until midnight.

With the way the holiday falls this year there is much confusion in regards to when we are supposed to attend church. As a Roman Catholic my church has listed on the mass schedule that there are 3 masses in the moring on the 24th. They are listed as "4th Sunday of Advent". Below that there is a list of "CHRISTMAS EVE VIGIL" later in the day with 2 other masses scheduled then of course Chrtistmas day Masses. We go to Church every week, and typically attend the Christmas Eve vigil. However, don't we technically have to attend church twice tomorrow then? I know going on Christmas Eve to a vigil is like going Chiristmas eve, but does going to a Christmas eve vigil tomorrow count the weekly obligations?
