Holidays - November 2006

I am so looking forward to Christmas, because it will be a big celebration with family, and friends........how many of you are looking forward to it?........and if not what is the reason for that?......e.g. spending it alone, etc.....

My mom got sick and had to cancel Thanksgiving dinner at the last minute. I have decided to make a Thanksgiving dinner for my husband and I. All of the turkeys at the store are frozen and since thanksgiving is tomorrow I don't have time to let one thaw out for a few days. I got a Jenni-O turkey that is able to be cooked frozen. Are these turkeys any good? I have Never made Thanksgiving dinner before...wish me luck!

I have 3 beautiful boys ages 3,6 and 13 years old and my husband is in jail. I am doing any work I can find but its not even enough to pay the bills. I am going to loose my home by the end of the month and I have to get another place to live. So money is going to be so tight that I won't even afford to buy any christmas for them. I made a Big Mistake with the turkey, first Thanksgiving. I was told to put my 12 pound turkey in the night before on200f then in the morning turn up to eat by 12pm. but i read online after I put it in that it will be done way early.. QUESTION: can i put the turkey that is somewhat cooked in the fridge till morning?
