We use frozen yeast rolls. I think they are called "world's favorite frozen yeast rolls" or something like that. Let them sit out during the day in a hot place. (this is funny 'cause we will run the dryer for a little bit, and then stick the platter in the dryer and shut it, then repeat so the inside of the dryer stays warm)
Take them out about and cook according to directions.

The other option is pilsbury hot rolls that you have to make and roll and there is a bunch of work involved. I don't think they are any better than the frozen dough. There is already enough to do on Thanksgiving without having to worry about rolls!
