Cheese, turkey, bread, butter, a tad of mayo, and then nuke it for a few seconds so it's warm and the cheese is melty.

Keep it simple - probably just gravy and lettuce for a deli-style sandwich, and for a late-night snack, a bit of hot sauce. :)

just simply mayo, but it has to be Dukes, and salt and pepper.
