I made a Big Mistake with the turkey, first Thanksgiving. I was told to put my 12 pound turkey in the night before on200f then in the morning turn up to eat by 12pm. but i read online after I put it in that it will be done way early.. QUESTION: can i put the turkey that is somewhat cooked in the fridge till morning?

I wouldn't put it in the fridge. You could just slow cook it all night by keeping the heat low, or you could let it cook most of the way, then turn the oven off for a while, and turn it back on to "reheat" the turkey. At this point if you are eating it for lunch, there's not really enough time for it to go bad. As long as you don't burn it you'll be fine. Just relax. It will all be alright.
