I do chores to earn the money, but it just seems weird to buy gifts for her when it was her money in the first place. Whats everyones view on this??

My son is 11 years old and he's tall for his age(5'7) and looks much older than he actually is. He really wants to go trick or treating this year but I don't want people to get creeped out and think he's a grown man going from door to door trying to get some candy. My husband says it doesn't matter because he's only 11. My question is "is my son to tall to go trick or treating?" I don't want to break his heart... He really wants to be a Ninja Turtle this year.

My cousin and I try to find the most hideous things to give to eachother on Christmas eve=the loser has to wear it the whole night with the family. Last year we bought the most hideous piece of costume jewelery for eachother. Can anyone think of a another good gift that we can buy for each other? Has to be tame because my Nana will be there. I was wondering if it was me or other peple too. Do you hate valentines day... The reason I hate it is because I never have anyone to share it with and the other people who don't , don't care about it but I do! I have gotten fed up with it not being the most happy day in my life like most others. And then at school when we have the valentines dance all they play is love songs and you see people dancing together and then you feel miserable because you are all alone. After you think that you are a nobody they play a song that is supposed to make everyone happy, but you. Say a song with no words. Then in the year book you see it all over you alone and couples. Do you every think you are ging to be the next one with a boy/girlfriend and then you aren't It just makes you sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo MAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Or at least it makes me very very very very very very very (you get my point) mad!!

Most of my family members cannot believe I am thinking of not dressing up my son for Halloween. What is the point? He can't trick or treat yet, I don't want the candy and he is to young to eat it.
