I cannot carve it. I have no Idea what to do. HELP! I just need some cool ideas.

Paint, markers, glitter glue, sequins, glued-on farbic or paper, Mr. Potato Head parts, etc.
If the surface isn't too waxy I guess you could probably even dye them like easter eggs, using all the tricks for that: partial dips, multiple colors, wax crayons to resist the dye, etc.
Look at what you have handy and keep an eye open as you shop. The possibilities are endless.

Put old baby clothes on it and tape sunglasses to it(if you are not going for the scary look).If you want it to be scary get pop-out eyes at the dollar store and tape them to the pumpkin.Then using a white out put a mouth(teeth)and use a red sharpie to draw blood all over it.
p.s.-sometimes this works and sometimes it doesn't(i have tried it before)

go to a Craft store and get some big plastic eyes.
glasses and a nose.
get a mop and use it as hair
get two potatoes to use as ears you can put them with tooth picks
use fake hair from the beauty supply.

Use paint...paint like a spooky hallooween scene on it with like a castle with bats with the moon behind it or something :) Good luck!

glue googley eyes on it and glue other like fabric materials
then put yarn on the top for hair...they turn out cool
