Valentine's Day is not only for couples. Its a celebration of love, loving your parents, brothers, sisters and friends.. don't feel so mad whenever you don't share it with someone special.. i have been celebrating valentine's day on my own for about 26 years now, this is the last year that i'll be spending it alone.. im happy now, now that im married to the girl i've been dreaming for a long time...
don't worry you'll find someone sooner or later and change your view on valentine's day...

Well, like yeah. We are all just like you!! Well, almost! Anytime we are alone, whether it be Valentines day, Christmas, High school prom or any other special day, we always feel sad and rejected. But that doesn't give us the reason to hate a special day. It is not the day's fault. Maybe you should do like I did and get off your butt and do something about it. I did and now I look forward to all holidays. Just try to get your self esteem up and put yourself out there. But more than anything, just remember that you are very special, regardless of what others think or say.

Don't spend too much time being mad...it's a lot better being mad than disappointed though. Guys suck at Valentine's Day and it's never the best day of your life. I think you're only allowed one perfect Valentine's Day in a life time...I'm still waiting for mine and I have a great husband.

I don't like it because I never reciece anything boyfriend or not!
Although, today I did get flowers and it was the first time ever. He then left for the whole day to play cricket
I'd love romance or a card or to just spend time with someone.
So the moral, just because you have a boyfriend, doesn't mean you'll get to spend time with them

Don't let it get to you so much!!! Your time will come...the reason it probably upsets you is because you set your expectations high for something to happen and then it doesn't...which totally sucks I know, I've been there. Just learn to take this negative and turn it into something fun. Like plan a HUGE girls night out valentines day for all your single gal friends and just have fun.

Ya I feel ya, I've been alone for almost 2yrs now. The first year was great cuz I had just gotten out of a horrible relationship, now its getting kinda lonely. I do believe though that God will bring me my husband. I won't be alone forever, and neither will you.

yeah i really dislike valintines day cuz i never have any1 to spend it with. and then i read the cards and they say things like "to my lover" or "i love you" or "im happy were together" and it makes me sad that i cant be saying these words to the guy i wish i could spend the rest of the my valintines days with but i cant and it makes me soooooooooooooooooooooooo... sad. not mad but sad and i look at the gifts and stuff and i get sad when i realize i dont have some1 to give those gifts to. and when i think about it it makes me sad.

okay, it's time to change your focus. you are making yourself crazy. it's common to feel left out if you don't have someone in your life. i hope you can find someone else to make happy next valentine's day.
