From your grandchild? Do you expect your daughter or son to back your decisions to disipline him/her? I feel like it's my home and the boy will abide by my rules or else momma can find someone else to babysit this 9 year old! Am I crazy??

Mine is such a peaceful scene. It has a forest with a creek or brook running through, with mist interwined within the trees and shrubs. It seems like its autumn. I love looking at that picture. My nephew gave it to us as a present.

And... tthere is a huge pot of pinto beans with ham hocks, a pitcher of fresh sweet tea... (decaf with splenda), apple pie for later, and just maybe a tad of ice cream! If you're real nice, I migh fix you a pot of coffee too.... (decaf) LOL

I sang this to all my children. My daughter brought home a friend and when she heard me singing the babies to sleep with this one..the kids ask where did you learn that..seems her Mom told her she made it up. LOL..the lady and I became very good buddies after we learned we had a lot of trivial knowledge in common.

I can't help it every single song just has to go a few bars and I recall every single word. Man if I had just had that ability in math. Or heck any subject in school. I made good grades but once a test was aced the knowledge fled.
Was it a subliminal trick or just the soothing sexy rhythm?

I wasnt going to mention this because I feel its just one thing after another and people get tired of hearing it but I am having breast surgery today, hopefully at 2:45 PM. I could sure use your prayers for a speedy resolution, and COMPLETE recovery so this will be the last. This will be the sixth time in this past year, and I am getting really tired and run down.

I have recurrent breast absceses, they dont know what causes it and everytime they wack off more tissue to try and stop it. Its an anoerobic (sp?) bacteria, some of you who have worked in health care will know what that is..

I believe in the power of prayer and could use a whole wack of them - see if that works where medical intervention hasnt - thanks
