I've never heard of it. Author Piers Anthony wrote excellent books about dragon tales like Dragon's Gold, Serpent's Silver, Chimaera's Copper, A Spell for Chameleon, The Source of Magic, Castle Roogna, Centaur Aisle, Ogre Ogre, Nightmare, and Yon Ill Wind. These are great fantasy reading also. Anne McCaffrey wrote books on dragons too. The Girl Who Heard Dragons, The Masterharper of Pern, and Dragonseye.

You know, at one point I had read EVERY book available on the fantasy and science fiction shelves at my branch of the local library. AND got them to bring in the prequels and sequels to the ones that I had read.
Since the library moved two years ago, I haven't had ANY source of new authors except what I may buy from the Science Fiction Book Club, and since I don't have enough money to throw it around, these have been few apart.
I guess I am going to have to bite the bullett and get out to the library after all, but getting to each branch requires that I take two separate buses....a real pain.

Not a big fan of fantasy but on your suggestion I would read it and let you know what I think. Do the dragons get hurt or are they the heroes .

Dragons always have good parts in books.
We either eat em', beat em', or get beaten to arise in another book.

something via Barbara Hambly ("people who Hunt The nighttime" is approximately Vampires). something via Robin McKinley or Patricia McKillip ("Sunshine" via McKillip is approximately Vampires, between different issues). "something depraved this manner Comes" via Ray Bradbury "death Bites" via D.D. Barant (warning, there is a few language in right here, consisting of the F be conscious; in case you may get previous that, it particularly is an outstanding e book).

Thanks, Wally. I love dragon stories.
I usually don't read them, but I loved the movie "Dragonheart" with Dennis Quaid. Precious movie. I have it on the old VCR movie.
