i was talking to some friends and the topic of race came up. they said that since there is so many people with mixed races now it's just gonna become more and more until in years and years to come, there's not gonna be anybody with 100% white in them. now...i'm mixed myself and almost everyone in my family is mixed with something. so i can see why someone would think that. but is it really possible??

Is there an online community that is NOT full of teenie bopers and old men that look like sexual predators?!?!

I have MySpace and I wish to leave it. Very boring and is now full of people who want to hack your account to spam everyone.

I have a VERY FULL life, and I do have a life outside of the internet. I enjoy the online community especially when I have to do boring chores like laundry, or when I am ill and not able to sleep. So if you dislike the fact I spend SOME of my spare time in one go shove it and keep your immature comments to yourself. Respect me and I will respect you in return!

I only want GOOD referals for online communities, from nice mature and relaxed people.

Which would you choose to go out with? A Goth boy or emo boy? I would go out with the Goth guy if he's sensative and understanding, dress like those in Dark Oracle *laughs* or rather I would love any person who's like that.

For the emo boy, hmm...let's see...not sure.

should learn about ...what would they need to learn about that part of their heritage...and why?

(The reason that I ask this...is that is me! I am mostly Jewish,Scots- Irish,Welsh, and some other things...but, I never really learned too much about that side of my heritage...save for the fact that my grandmother whom I had never gotten the chance to meet(she died) had performed the National Dance Of Mexico(we still have the dress),and also started a Spanish/English group (one of the first) at U.C.Berkeley, many, many years ago(I don't think it's there anymore though!)
(We also had old serape's around the house.and a lot of nice sombrero's! )Also, I have people in my family that I am proud of...and need to learn more about(My mom does geneology,so I know a smidge) but, what else can I do, to learn more about being Hispanic?
What is considered "important to learn about? What do you teach the young people?

I mean look at him going on about reopening the muslim office in vatican so that they can have positive dialogue between the religions. does he think that the muslims will accept that jesus is a son of god or whatever? why doesn't he open a hindu office and try talking to some pundit. or better still a jewish office who will eventually run vatican for him!!

I mean look at the gang rapes ordered by the village elders and the way the pakistani peacekeeping force in Congo is selling arms to the rebels in return for the gold available there or the way their dictator/ president flaunting the law or the way their cricket players are convicted of banned substance abuse and then go on playing cricket as if they don't know the meaning of ethics and morals.

i cant say everyone but almost everyone conforms too much to society which is usually not good in the first place. its just that no one these days is an individual they just try to copy everyone else who probably copied off something else. even goths who say they are nonconformasts are conforming to not conformings so they are conforming to something. i myself am an individual and conform to what i like and think is good and right. so what if i listen to classical music and i hate rap (i listen to every type of music but rap), ill wear a shirt with a "wierd" design from 1990, why should people care. now this is my philosophy and tell me if this statement makes sense: people can do what ever they want to do to the point of not hurting or annoying someone else to the point where they cannot do anything about it, in some situations though, people will have to compromise.
