Why don't you just keep all the negative feedback to yourself? I don't see the reason of speaking to people if you don't like them because of their race. Wouldn't that be a waste of energy? I mean, why do you need to talk period to someone if you already know you don't like them. Move on with life and do something more positive or just do something that puts you in a good mood. I personally don't waste my time on unnecessary crap. I don't place limitations on anything that goes for free speech as well. If you piss me off sweetie and we meaning whomever need to throw down then that's what gotta happen. But to just start sh!t for no unnecessary reason, that just tell me somebody has to go see a damn shrink! Because someones mind is totally warped!
And is boyfriend upstairs over me going to save any space for other people to give their free speech! Damn I'm glad I'm not sitting in an auditorium listening to him! LOL!

Yes, and I believe yahoo is against free speech. We can't just start censoring people's opinions just because someone somewhere is offended. No matter what is said, you can guarantee someone somewhere doesn't agree with it.
I got a violation for responding with a racial comment to a Chinese person making fun of Whites. Whites are not allowed to defend themselves against racial attacks by other races. We are told to just sit back and say nothing while being called crackers, honkeys, and cavemen.
Also take notice that I was able to type these words without resorting to creative placement of letters.
Yet, if I were to type other certain racial slurs, they would be immediately blocked out by Yahoo.
What does that tell you?
It's reverse racism.
I personally find racial and ethnic jokes hilarious, even when directed at Whites. People need to lighten up. It's funny.

Yahoo is against free speech in the aspect that they put limitations to your free speech within their terms of service. It's total BS in my opinion, but that's how businesses work. Must bow to the sponsors.

racism in public speech is free speech as long as it doesn't violate the civil rights of anyone. We are all free to make fools of ourselves in public.
Private enterprises are different, they are entitled to set limits (as does Yahoo) on what speech is acceptable as participation in the enterprise is voluntary.
Racism isn't allowed in schools because it is a public institution and people MUST attend, so forcing a minority to attend a public school where there is racist speech would be seen as depriving a person of their civil rights.

Free speech has nothing to do with this forum. You agreed to the terms and conditions when you signed up. Yahoo gets to decide what is acceptable and what is not. Case closed.

Yes, racist speech is covered under "freedom of speech" as long as it isn't insiting violense (or whatever the definistion of "hate speech" is.)
But if you come to my house & start talking about Ni@@ers & f@gs, I will kick you out of my house, and that would be my right!
This site is owned by yahoo, so they have the right to kick off people that violate the rules we agreed to when we signed up.

i could agree. yet we ought to agree what "racism" is. What it is not , is any connection with race this is grotesque to the Politically terrific. it is not a time era for use to describe some one calling someone of colour a criminal, or a bad worker, and so on. in the event that they seem to be a criminal or a bad worker, and so on! Racism IS an irresponsible use of unfastened Speech. and that i help unfastened Speech to that quantity. this is extra handy to %. out the racists in the event that they are allowed to coach themselves. the type you manage them after this is as much as you. in my view I have no comprehend for racists of any colour.

Free speach is for the things that people don't like anyway. As longs as it isn't slander/libel or doesn't result in bodily harm, it's protected by the constitution.
