I have always been curious to know what that was because they only put it on their noses and I really don't see many people doing it now

zinc its a sunscreen as your nose often gets burnt, I dont think they are as common anymore as they make better sunscreen now than they used to.

Sunscreen. I don't know why they only put it on their noses. I guess b/c that's the most painful place to burn.
