Since all the other parts of the body are also dis-similar in same gender of human beings in terms of color, size and shapes, why only few are called private.

and yet in countries such as america, that word refers to people of japanese, thai, korean and chinese origin like myself, rather than muslims and sikhs? is there a rationale or understandable reason why the term asian means one thing in one country and something else in another? is there any historical relevance or evidence which pinpoints and underlines this notion? and please, no racist or abusive answers to this question, i thank you

They arrested some of the Latin Kings from Chicago in Texas. Right now the police are not concerned with anything but jailing Hispanic people. Its always been this way because it is an American Process. The biggest fear is if these groups meet other groups who have maybe been soldiers in wars in other countries. After all many nations have stated that America's way of court and incarcerating gang members is unfair.

I would prefer it if Christmas were practiced in private where they cannot be seen in public. This is because, as a Christian, I am deeply offended by Christmas. Everytime I see Santa or a Christmas tree I am reminded of Satan. How hard must Satan be laughing at the millions of people practicing pagan and sexual rituals?

Everyone has the right to freedom of expression, of course, but everyone also has the right to the choice to block himself from offensive things. This is why homosexual sexual intercourse, although deeply offensive to many people, is allowed only in private. If a couple had sex in public, imagine what effect this would have on the children who see it? Parents have a right to protect their children from seeing nudity and immoral sexual acts. Likewise, parents have a right to protect their children from the Satanic influences of Christmas.

That said, since Christmas is so widespread, how can I block it from my family?

I read a question posted by an African American talking about all the crime, drugs, HIV..the school drop out rate..and how that sort of thing affects African Americans so much more than Caucasians. The question was what could be done about it and why it was that way. Many of the answers referred to lack of self-esteem because of slavery being the problem. Literally, what is it that African Americans want from Caucasians? What would heal this rift, if anything? Is this a money thing? ?(the word reparations was mentioned more than once)

I have always considered us all to be one race.. am I truly one of the few that thinks this way?

Are there any "group of people" that you like more than others. Example are you more happy to meet a black person or white or do you not care at all. Would you marry an asian dude? what group of people do you get along better with? Is there any culture you don't like or think is weird? Do you believe one group of people is more violent than others? Smarter than others? I am speaking in general not indiviuals. Do you feel more comfortable being around someone with your ethnic background over someone different? Would you feel comfortable in another country with different people? but claim to be "latinos"? And why do so many of you are so dumb that think that latino is a race? What do you know about Latin America beside that's it's the land of your parents/ grandparents/ great grandparents?

I have led a very sheltered life. My mom tried her best to yield me from all the bad in the world. But as an adult I was dumbfounded when I realized that rascism toward gays, blacks & all other ethnic groups is not just something you see in the movies. I now have a teenager who knows more at her age than I did when I was 25, but do you think that's a good thing? Do those of you who have kids try & keep the bad out or do you tell them the way the world really is?

Just to clear the air, I'm a guy, 19 y/o.

I just got off the train, and I noticed this group of kids, possibly a year or two younger than me. I started walking away, and all of the sudden, I hear them making a comment about how I dress. Don't get me wrong, it's not like I dress like super goth, but just "not the norm", but still subtle. Someone from that group kept yelling out the same insult over and over. Now, I could have went back there and confronted the person, but it wasn't worth it. I could have, granted I'm not the most intimidating person when it comes to 1 VS a group of people, but I COULD have. Now, I'm just filled with anger. Why would random people insult me by how I dress when the area is filled with possibly hundreds more people who are more different?

How am I supposed to deal with things like these? So I'm different. How am I supposed to react when someone ignorant is making fun of me? I'd get into a fight, but that'll only make me look dumber. What do I do?
