my family is catholic, but i'm not really into religion. even though i'm straight, i think people should be ok with same sex couples and marrige, but my parents think they shouldn't be allowed to marry or adopt. i think otherwise. who cares about their gender, as long as they love each other, they should be happy. what do you think?

I was recently in a situation where the lady I was working with made some awkward comments.

"I used to live in the time when everyone had the name of Smith or Jones. But it's not that way anymore, is it?"

(pauses and quickly recovers from what she said)

"But that's a good thing."


Ever since I started working with her on a project, I have felt awkward. During presentations, she maintains eye contact with everyone except for the two non-white individuals in the room. And this - I am sure of, because I have carefully noted it during each of her presentations.

I don't know what to do, some of it is rather subtle. Should these things be reported? What should I do to deal with it?

I am tired of trying to impress this person who already has a preconceived notion to dislike me. I do not hold anything against her, but it is starting to bother me.

Why do we whites feel like we have to tiptoe around Jesse Jackson, Al Shartpon, and the all-powerful memory of can-do-no-wrong Martin Luther King? Why do whites kiss up to culture-devoid hip hop artists? Why can't whites instead devote their attention to blacks who actually work to improve the quality of life in the black community instead of blacks who glorify drugs, gang violence and racial division?

Where is the contribution of the US? The useless flight to the Moon, the atomic bomb? The only great thing whiich was born in USA is the computer.However, many software engineers come from India, China, and other countries. The technological revolution belongs to the whole mankind.
So, why do some people continue to call US a great country???

if the aryan nation believes in a all white race why are they just targeting blacks and jews?what about all the illegals from mexico coming across the border or the terrorists that believe people who have unreal thoughts in their head should have them cut off. what will the aryan nation do when ala. becomes birmingham alamexico because its coming?i think they are wasting their time because they have been preaching the same thing for a very long time and it still hasn't change. i think they should concentrate on just keeping this america. does anyone agree?

What do people mean by when it's too late? Do they mean we're all going to die or that it's the apocolypse or what? Some songs, like "Letterbomb" by Green Day, propose the question "where do we all go when it's too late?" What does it really mean?

If ur 1st cousin had kids and those kids had kids what would their kids be to you?? 3rd cousin? or what? here my 1st cousins would be called my nieces or nephews b-cus my cousins we take as like our sisters and brothers.. so yeah what would their kids be to me or whoever?
