An abortion is a serious discision and should not be taken lightly. I had a really screwed up childhood. I thought if I had an abortion then Mother would like me better. So I did and she didn't. I wasn't some teenager either. I was married and it was my second child. All it took to blow my bubble was Mother saying, "If you have another baby this soon, you're crazier than I give you credit for". I know you all think I'm nuts and you're right.

The worst vise is advice. You live with your decisions. People have had to live with worse ones than an abortion. I am against abortion, but not the right of a woman to do with her body as she wishes. I regret all the babies that are born that die of starvation or get a bomb dropped in their crib by a stealth bomber. Those kids are born, and are free game for us to help. Its a crime to forget about the ones that are suffering now , and focusing on the un born.
with love

Let me start off my saying that i have never had a abortion. But i will tell you what i think. I think that sometimes people are put into a situation where they feel that they have no other way out even thou they don't they don't see it at the time. And sometimes there are situation where i think that it is okay to do something like this like for example rape, incest because you are not saying yes in any way. I'm still not saying they should i just think that it is a different thing when they do something of this nature. I have a friend that had done this and she is not in the best condition. Because she is something else she blames herself for everything and she gets really upset about everything. The reason that she got one was because she was raped. And i love her so dearly. I know what she did wasn't something that i would do but my affection for her will never change just because she did something that i didn't agree with. I love her with all my heart. I try everyday to make her day a little happier but i know deep down in myself she isn't going to be. No matter how you look at it they have to deal with it not us. Even thou we might feel as bad for them as they feel for themselves, we will never know what it is like i hope that i helped you a little. I know that you may not see it the way that i do but i hope that you never come into a situation where you have to take this as an option. lil bit

Many women don't regret having an abortion. Many women who had the baby and give it up for adoption regret it terribly, every day for their entire lives. Many women who keep the baby realize they can't care for him/her and they regret having a baby.
There are 100,000 children right now in the U.S. alone who need to be adopted. Have you adopted one? If abortion was illegal, there would be many more unadopted children EACH YEAR. How many pro-lifers would adopt a child?
Women have abortions for many reasons. Until you have been there, judge not lest ye be judged, as it says in the Bible.

They weigh their desires against the baby's life, and their desires win. According to a study by the Elliot Institute, 93% of women regret their abortions.
If you or someone you know has aborted a baby and needs help, I recommend the free online post-abortion study available at http://www.healinghearts.org
Anyone who is currently considering an abortion should visit http://Abort73.com as soon as possible.

Becasue the goddles Leftwing, Liberal agenda is trying to snuff out chritianity, of course!!!!
note: I will smack anyone that does not recognize the sarcasm!
Serously, I am pro-choice, not pro-abortion (I'm male, so I don't feel I have any right to dicatet what a woman decides).
I have 1 friend that i know of that has had an abortion. She does not express those doubts you speak of, although I find your point quite logical. I am sure she answers to it to herself, though.

Ask George Bush why he paid for his girlfriend to have an abortion in 1972, back when it was illegal in Texas.
If you have never been in a situation where an abortion was a better alternative than pregnancy, then you're not fit to pass judgement. It's always those who know the least that talk the most.

one reason is cause these type of people don't want to be responsible and grow up and others were impregnated by force(rape) but personally if your not gonna growup and be responsible at least let the child be born and put them up for adoption so they won't have a **** life and **** parents

Sometimes it's a life-threatening situation, sometimes they aren't ready to raise a child, other times they were impregnated against their will. There's no one reason why women get abortions, they're just doing what's best for them in their particular situation.

HYPOTHETICAL ----------
You get an ultrasound next time you are pregnant. You are told your baby will be born with a severe physical and intellectual impairment.
You give that baby 24 hour care until the day it dies. Which will probably be for 20-30 years.
Until then you don't have any right to judge.
