My office decided to have an outreach center pick a large family from there angel tree, well there are 3 adults and 9 children, 3 of the children are 2 years old, and 2 are 1 years old, one of the adults is 74, so obviously there is a lot of irresponsibility in this family, i'm sorry i just had to get that out, anyway i only have $470.00 for this family so far, how can i get this shopping accomplished? one of the adults wants a tv and a trac phone, and another one wants a playstation and games, i don't see this happening, i think i should worry about the poor children first, any suggestions?

I know it's not the kids fault because they don't know better but the adults know about disco.They know how stupid they dress back then ,they know how embarrassing it is to look at the old pictures . Why are they not stopping their kids from embarrassing themselves ?

I am doing a project on the different cliques in high school. My job is to specifically look at the popular crowd. What are some 'rules' that one needs to abide by if they want to be a part of this crowd? (Example: One should wear form-fitting fashionable clothing). PLEASE! ANSWERS FROM ACTUAL 'MEMBERS' per se OF AN IN-CROWD ARE IDEAL. i was born in palestine and lived their till now for 14 years,and in only 14 years i saw wat made me wanna die of the sad things that have been going on,its enough to see and hear about everyday at least 25 palestians die...kids under the age 3,women of all ages young and old,and old men who can't even remeber where the heck they r,a mother being killed in front of her kids,a hiuse being destroyed over its own owners,an auncle of urs who've been shot in his head and bleeded to death in pain,and u ask why we blow ourselves up..well..come and stay here only for two days then u'll want to kill ur self,they came to our land...they took it and said that it was theirs for over 200 years ..they made this thing up...they started killing us ..and wat kills me the most they don't kill our army ..they kill citizens ..normal ppl..young children who even got sick of this...and started throwing rocks which do nothing,they don't know wat a childhood means..i don't know iether,and u say we started..

I have been an AA cult member for 12 years. Yesterday, I drank a bottle of apple cider that I thought was alcohol free----it was Not, and I did not feel the alcohol effect until later. Now that I am aware that the bottle cantained alcohol, I am extremely depressed and even suicidal. What will my fellow AAers say about this "slip"? I am dreadfully afraid that I will lose my "clean time".

I am truly "powerless" over alcohol!

Can I salvage my "clean time", or condemned to another 15 years in the AA cult? (Life sentence?)
