The people in Mexico speak Spanish, so I didn't understand what they said. The country is very backwards, kind of run down like the USA during WW II. The Mexican people are like everywhere else, some are good hard workers and some are lazy. It's an interesting place to visit, but wouldn't want to live there.

Mexicans are very hard-working people, despite stereotypes. It's amazing how much cultural flavor they add also. I grew up in the Southwest, and when I was in Japan, I realized that I missed seeing Mexicans. Haha.
Mexico, however, is just plain filthy....everywhere. It's really not a pretty place to go at all. Yuck! Now I need to go shower again...

Most of the people are real nice so I don't understand all the crime in Mexico. There must be some bad, violent people there.

They are very hard working. Most the cities are so corrupt that the crime rate is worse than Detroit, NYC, and Las Angeles put together.
As people though they are very family oreiented. A very traditional culture, and spiritual too.
But the landscaping is beautiful.

I know that it is shitty enough to live there that the "real" Mexican citizens want to leave it.
I know that Mexican food is awesome!
I like Mexican family gatherings.

I love them, I just wish they would smuggle Cuban cigars when they come here, them suckers are expensive and I am getting tired of driving to ensanada every few months to restock.

From 600-900AD it was home to the Mayan civilisation, one of the most advanced civilisations of its time... then they just.... disappeared.... spooky, eh?
Also, Mexican cuisine is some of the best nosh in the world!
