do you have the problem of your kids wanting to get married to someone in a different culture? Are you against it or don't care and if you are against it, in the end do you let your child go with the different culture relationship? I am talking in extreme cultural differences.

Why can I as a christian man not marry one of you?I think Arab girls are beautiful,and very traditional women,which I find a relief in today's world.

Why does Islam teach tolerance of other religious,yet a Muslim man may marry a Christian wife,but a Christian man may not even look at a Muslim woman?Does this mean our religion is inferior to yours?If so why?

Would you disreguard this rule and marry a Christian man reguardless if you had feelings for him?

I have been in Iraq since March of 05.I happen to find Arab culture interesting,and have even started learning Arabic,as I find the language and writing fascinating.

My aunt is an imigrant who came to the U.S. in the 70's. My family & I came to the U.S. in the 80's. I am ashamed of my aunt because she made a comment & said she wished God didn't create white people. Now all daughers are dating white people. One of her daugher is married to a nice young man who is white & I am enged to a nice young man who is white also. Should I ignore my aunts comments or should I say something to her? She is very fat, rude, bossy & can be intimidating. Her face is like a bull dog when she is nasty & I don't like to mess with her. What do I do about it?

We are planning to move to the USA when our two 'kids' 22 and 17 finish college and Uni (18months time). One in Fine Art/ & nterior Design the other in will be an IT Practitioner. We would like any information anyone might be willing to give about what life is like there, the people, cost of living, weather differences (apart from the obvious - more sun hopefully). Is it difficult to get work, start businesses - ANYTHING? Please don't say - look on the internet - obviously I have been doing that but having someone actually tell you IS different. We have my son's God Mother in New York but we have been considering Texas or Florida. My daughter spent two weeks in Texas recently and fell in love with the place and the people she met, so possibly Austin.........Please send any useful thought.

I am racist now because my apartment neighbors r mean. Whenever i see another person of that race, i wanna hurt them. But i just don't see it in them i see it in others around here. What can i do to get a different view on them? I don't mean to be this way :/

why can't other people accept the fact that being gay is a part of the society today, even long ago.?? a friend once told me that being gay is not something to be ashamed of, and not something to be proud of, yet i said, if you wont be proud of what u are and who u are no one else would, and if u are ashamed of yourself, everybody else would feel the same..

Coming from an asian background, i find that many asian people are prejudice against black people. for instance, it is highly frowned on when an asian marries a black person, but when it is a white person or far-east asians it is not that big a problem. Also, asian people strive to have fair skin and look down on those that are darker then them. This is mainly from my experiences. any asians here with comments?

OK big news Michael Richards lost his cool and launched an unacceptable string of verbal filth in retaliation for 2 untra-dooshbags who were proving they should be beaten and not heard.

Why did people demand the Club apologize for the incident?
Do people think the Club told him to do this?
Did the Club have access to a time machine to be able to see what would happen and not change it because they like those words?

Isn't it unreasonable, unprofessional, immoral, and just plain old horrible to blame an innocent club who just wanted to help people laugh for the actions of a seperate individual?

So this woman hasn't paid her propane bill, so in order for them to deliver her more she had to pay her past due amount. She said to the owner(my husband) you are only doing this because I AM BLACK. So my husband told her she needed to come pay her bill and then find her gas elsewhere,Then he said that racial stuff doesn't work with me and I will have you know ma'am I am not white, I am asian!! The woman started backtracking then saying well thats not what I meant. So my question is, Why is this crap always applied when BLACKS don't get their way?

i will be a leader of club that i am involved in.

actually i make this club. So, Me and my friends don't decide our club's name.

My club activity's purpose is to spread knowledge about korea,

inform korea properly, exchange e-pal class letters, make

foreigners friends, exchange culture, language, and so on.

All my club activity is supported by VANK.

Vank's meaning is Voluntary Agency Network of Korea.

Is it ok that we call a man a racists just because he was trying to hurt someone with words. As I watch the tape of the tongue lashing I thought he was not in the wrong . The black men where calling him a CRACKER! Which to me is the equivalent of ****** to a white person. And michael is the only one being blamed here. These gentlmen started this and no one is calling them racists, is this right? why do we cater to african americans today,scared we will hurt their feelings if we say something wrong? THere is not a black person alive today that was a slave and all races have been slaves , whites have been slaves also. just a question , not a political statement.

If you have a lot of friends of all different races, and you enjoy learning about other cultures, but you still prefer not to date people of a certain race or ethnicity, are you considered a racist? Would not wanting to date "those" people be a sign that you find their race or ethnicity unattractive or inferior somehow?

I swear, so what you're white, black, asian, hispanic or a freakin hobbit? you still cry out in pain when someone pokes you in the butt with a sharp pen, you still can't really stand your mother in law, you still cried when bambi's mother was killed, your heart got broken by that dog Alan or that ***** Monica.....
Your blood is red, your organs look the same and when you die you still turn to dust ( no preferential treatment) so what the heck is the big deal??

With regards to the Michael Richards thing, which was very unfortunate, why is that so different than the comedians I've seen on BET using the same racial slur towards members of their own race and using other slurs towards, let's say, white people?
