My partner and I want to raise our children in a neighborhood with a majority of children in the similar family lifestyle as them. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what states/cities/neighborhoods are more integrated?

Thanks in advance!

From what I gather, Princess Doris or whatever screen name she chooses, is a person who loves to get attention by bashing the GLBT life.
Here's what I don't get:
Why does everyone answer her questions, time after time, s(he) obviously isn't deterred by getting reported, s(he) just creates another screen name.
It's like rewarding a delinquent child, YOU'RE GIVING HER WHAT S(HE) WANTS.
Please, do not answer her questions if you want her to go away, report her and ignore her.

This is the first question I've posted, I, like many people are here to share what I know with others so that it could be of use, don't waste you're time giving a selfish, juvinille homophobe the time of day. I'm begging here.
;-)

The situation is, I am in love with my very best friend but she is in love and in a relationship with another. Everytime she talks about her lover or tells me what type of social things they are doing together or tells me in a round-about sort of way that they will be doing something romantic together, I hurt. I burst into tears (silently and alone), my stomach goes into knots and my heart races with anxiety. This has been going on for 2 years and I thought I would get more used to it and get over it and move on, but I'm not (I can't). Her friendship means the world to me and I don't want to loose her as a friend, but it is so hard to deal sometimes. Should I back off from the friendship or stick it out hoping that eventually I will be okay with everything?

What does "Straight but not narrow" mean? Also what is the meaning of "butch" or "dyke." I support Gay rights but am a bit ignorant about the phrases and words used in this culture. Tell me some more phrases from this culture too and no anti gays needs reply!

I think I'm bisexual. Ever since I was in kindergarten when all the girls had little crushes on guys I kinda had crushes on both...and its been that way for as long as I can remember. My mom found out and she flipped on me and told me I could be born gay or straight. No bi. Shes says that Bi people cant make up thier mind and they just want sex...and it bugs me because I dont want sex, I'm 15 and I just want a good relationship. Is that so much to ask?
I was just wondering if you really can be born bisexual..

Some of my friends seem to think it is strange that I can make a joke at my own expense, and accept the fact that -
a. Im gay and dont feel guilty about it and dont try to hide the fact.
b. Im overweight and Im not constantly on a diets
and c. I dont hate or really dislike anybody (EXCEPT TROLLS LOL).
My question is "Has anybody else run into this attitude", and how do I make them realize that "YES I AM HAPPY WITH MYSELF".

If you are in a sexuality crisis, would you seek out a licensed practitioner or visit a sexuality crisis center or seek help from an organization that provides sexuality counseling?

If you're a licensed practitioner, would you work for this kind of agency or organization? Would you donate time and money to this cause?

remember until 60 years ago, pants on women was as unacceptable as men in skirts these days.

I ask this in connection to another question I asked earlier and was intrigued by the sheepish "because society frowns on it" or the ever so clever "cause pimps and thugs don't wear skirt, duh" a lot of grey matter use there.
