i would discourage people from 10-18 from getting sexual.. stick to dating and kissing.. so many people i know say they regret their sexual activities they had as a teen and wish they had waited for true love.
i assume you are referring to sex when you say "fun" but if not, then you'll need to explain further what you really meant.
